Public Moroccan Law integration

Terms of use

These terms apply only to 9ANOUN's free, no-account, read-only Moroccan Law retrieval integration. They do not govern the authenticated 9ANOUN product.

1. Acceptance and access

By asking a compatible host to use this integration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not invoke it. No 9ANOUN account or subscription is required, and 9ANOUN charges no fee for this public integration. Request limits apply.

2. Narrow service scope

The service discovers sources from Moroccan legislation and Moroccan jurisprudence. Its tools may search public metadata, look up a Moroccan article or decision, and fetch the metadata, canonical page, and one stable public teaser of at most 240 characters for a previously returned source. All additional article text, decision text, and decision summaries require registration or subscription to 9ANOUN.

The integration cannot access Data Room content, private client documents, account data, VM inspection, or write operations. French law, OHADA, and all other non-Moroccan corpora are outside its scope. A host must not present the integration as covering those excluded sources.

3. Sources, not legal advice

9ANOUN provides legal-source discovery, not legal representation or a legal opinion. Source coverage, metadata, public teasers, and ranking may be incomplete or contain errors. Verify the current official text, amendments, procedural posture, and relevance before relying on a result. Consult a qualified Moroccan lawyer for advice about a specific matter or deadline.

Explanations generated by ChatGPT, Codex, or another host are produced by that host, not by 9ANOUN, even when they refer to 9ANOUN retrieval results.

4. Acceptable use and anti-abuse rules

You must not:

  • evade, disable, or distribute traffic to defeat request limits;
  • perform bulk extraction, scraping, corpus reconstruction, denial-of-service, or other activity that degrades the service;
  • probe for private endpoints, internal identifiers, credentials, account data, Data Room content, VM data, write access, or non-Moroccan corpora;
  • use the service for unlawful activity, to violate another person's rights, or to misrepresent a retrieved result as an official 9ANOUN legal opinion; or
  • submit confidential client files, secrets, or personal data that is unnecessary for public legal-source retrieval.

9ANOUN may rate-limit, reject, or block traffic that violates these rules or creates a security or capacity risk.

5. Third-party hosts and privacy

Your chosen host sends retrieval arguments to 9ANOUN and receives the results. The host's own terms, privacy policy, history controls, and output rules also apply. 9ANOUN does not control or warrant the host's handling of your prompt or its generated explanation.

6. Availability and changes

The integration is provided on a best-efforts basis without a service-level agreement. 9ANOUN may maintain, limit, suspend, or discontinue it for security, capacity, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms will be published at this stable URL with an updated effective date.

7. Warranty and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the integration is provided as available without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular matter, or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for validating sources and for decisions made using the results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
